June Happenings

June was busy as always.  The first week I was busy helping with all of the field days and end of school parties.
Tucker loved getting out so much with "the big kids".
I found this cute note in Tommy's backpack.  I love to hike and I'm always having to hype it up to get the kids excited so I thought it was extra cute that after his amazing first two months that he wanted to go hiking.
We started summer off with a work party at Heise.
Tommy was proud to be able to help with mowing the yard this summer.  I did all the edges and then let him do the inner part.
We had a crazy hail storm with some pretty big ice balls!
Vic got spoiled on Father's Day
Our kids have wild imaginations and the boys are so good at playing along with Whitney and her endless dress up games.
We went up to the cabin to get an early start on playing on the lake.

We bought a brand new jetski!  It is way better than the old one and we are so happy with it!

Whitney loves standing up in the tube.
It took the kids quite awhile before they would jump off the end of the slide instead of going down it.  Tommy was the first to attempt it and then Whitney did.  Tucker decided the slide was enough for him.
Tommy tried Whitney's standing up trick, but could never let go with both hands.
We need 3 adults to load the jetskis and only had 2 of us so Tommy got to drive by himself.  He was pretty proud.
 Proof I was there too!

This picture cracks me up.  Tucker is our little ambidextrous writer.  He writes his name and letters with the same skill level on both hands and often switches back and forth during coloring.  Today he decided to multi task and color at the same time!
 It's not camping without s'mores!
I was activity days leader and planned a daddy/daughter date for the girls so our family decided to have a full family date.

When all the girls arrived I sent them off to walk a mile around the park with their dad and complete 6 stations.  One of the stations was getting pictures with your dad.

Other stations were playing frisbee without dropping it 10 times, drawing each other, ball throwing contest, quiz time, & yoga posing stations.  Here is our yoga poses:

When everyone got back we had refreshments and a couple of races.
Here is the three legged race.  Vic tried to go to fast and made Tommy fall at the beginning...
Tucker and I did really good and placed around the top 3... there was a lot of chaos so not sure where!
Whitney got to go on another Daddy/Daughter date to the circus a few weeks later.

Vic and I were also busy coaching Tommy & Whitney's baseball team all June and Vic was on a team.  It was a BUSY month!

Dance Recital Time!

I had such a busy spring helping Vic flip houses that I did my final dance class mini semester.  We did a hip hop song to the Trolls theme song: I got this feeling.  The girls loved trying something other than ballet.

May Happenings

At the first of the month Jesse & Trish's family came to the IF temple open house and dropped by for dinner so we played for a quick bit with the cousins.

Mother's Day the kids and Vic spoiled me with love. My favorite breakfast of crepes.
We walked around the river after church and had a nice relaxing day.
My dad and Vic spoiled me with really nice flowers.  The kids made a million cards (posted on the wall behind me)
The school did a color run fundraiser again.  We loved it!
 I LOVE this picture!

The kids had were excited for summer sleepovers so they got a early start on the weekends.  They spend hours setting this mess up!
Whitney thinks it's hilarious that she can talk Tucker into being her little sister.
Our niece graduated high school and we had a fun family party with cousins.

Vic and I spent two weekends in a row leveling a yard, putting in sod, building a fence, and breaking our backs!
The kids thought driving the tractor was great fun.
Vic's parents came to see the temple open house and we played with them as well.
We drove down to Pocatello for the cultural celebration... lots of potatoes and indians.
