Frightmares!

We went to Lagoon's Frightmares!  This is Whitney & Tucker trying to be scary!
Vic & I both like the Re-entry drop ride the best.
Tommy was terrified on this ride & it made me sick for a good 15 minutes afterwards. ug!
I also was not fond of this sneaky fast & reversing dragon coaster.  Tommy was sitting next to me screaming & Whitney was back behind me laughing the whole time.  She really liked all of the crazy rides!
Tucker was pretty excited about the boat rides & wanted to keep going on them.
Whitney said the swings were her favorite ride.  Tommy wouldn't even try several of the ones she did by herself!
Vic & I were both sick from some rides & kept trying to get the other one to go on rides with Tommy as he felt safer when he was with someone.  Made me feel old.  I used to blame it on pregnancy, but now that is out of the way & Vic is getting nauseous too!
This little ride ended up being Tommy's favorite & he went on it by himself after that.
This trick or treat hay maze was my favorite.  It looked magical having floating orange lights as far as you could see!
Vic was feeling bad we paid so much for him & I to get in & not go on adult rides, but he said the train ride was worth his ticket price. This was his favorite.

All of these pictures might look foggy because it was!  They had scary zombies, chain saw people, music, & fog all over.
The kids were so happy that they went until 10pm at night!  Whitney & Tucker konked out really fast in the car, but Tommy was too excited about getting back to the hotel!

Hogle Zoo

We needed a fun getaway from Idaho so we went down to SLC for a few days.  First we went to Hogle Zoo.

Tommy was most excited to see the rhinoceros.

 Tucker likes any underwater creature.

Whitney was so tired toward the end, but we had to find where they put the alligator for winter as that is her favorite animal right now!

Fall Pictures

I LOVE the colors of fall so I had to get some pictures of my 2 favorite things together....
 Fall & my kiddos! :)

I consider myself VERY lucky to have any smiling pictures of Tucker.  He is at the age that he does not want to be restricted & he'll let anyone know!  This is what I mostly saw of him!
TUCKER 20 months
ONE sneaky shot of his smile!
Tucker is at a very cute stage & always continuing to grin, wave at strangers, & give us cheesers all day.  He is also very into discovering EVERYTHING.  Things you didn't think could get torn apart or make a mess... he manages to do it!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whitney is at the stage where she REALLY struggles to not give a scary face when she tries to smile so I have to do lots of playing around & trying to keep the camera still at the same time!
WHITNEY 3 1/2 YEARS

Whitney is also in a really cute stage.  She is starting to throw less fits & is really starting to show love & sweetness to people other than her dad.  She is suddenly obsessed with barbies, babies, & Frozen.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tommy always has perfect cute smiles.
He is so easy & his turn is always done in a matter of 5 clicks!
TOMMY 4 1/2 YEARS

Tommy is really starting to go from toddler to kid.  It makes me sad, but at the same time it is fun to see him continue to grow & question things.  He is obsessed with telling chicken jokes & calling everyone & everything a chicken.  He continues to try to be the clown in the group.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All 3 do a great job of entertaining themselves & playing well together :)

Some leaf throwing to celebrate being done with pictures! :)

Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center

Mom & Mark went with us into West Yellowstone where we had lunch & went to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center.
I liked their presentations on feeding the wolves.
 My own little wolves :)
There wasn't a lot there, but the grizzlies were worth it.  They put on a good show for us.  Vic really loved seeing the bear play with a bear proof container & trying to open it.  He felt like he was watching a circus bear play.
I liked seeing how crazy fast a grizzly can climb a tree!

 Our Indian Family.
I taught them all how to say an Indian "hello".
 One cozy, cuddly family! :)

Yellowstone

Now that we only live a few hours away from Yellowstone, I've been wanting to go!  Summer slipped away from us so we went in October!
It was great that there was way less people, but because it was cold, it was also much harder to see the geysers.  We saw lots of steam!

We didn't do the whole loop this time so this was the only waterfall we saw!
 I love this crazy place!
We ran into a traffic jam so I got out of the car & wandered up to see what it was... a buffalo crossing.  They were in no hurry to go anywhere.
I feel like we always luck out & see one right out our window.

This geyser was a new one for us.
Tommy was most excited about Old Faithful.  He thought it was pretty cool.
We almost finished the day without any animal sightings (besides bison) & saw this elk on the way out!

The rest of the weekend we spent lots of time out by the lake soaking in the last of the warm weather for the year!
