Whitney's 7th birthday

On Whitney's 7th birthday we did a balloon avalanche on her door, put nerds in her oatmeal, went to the museum, the park, and Sizzler.  She had a fun full day of fun!

Easter on April Fools Day!

For Easter weekend, I made some festive meals, did the neighborhood hunt with our friends, the Wheelers, and went to the city egg hunt.

Easter Landed on April Fools Day this year so I made some fun jokes for the kids.  I made jelly beans come out of the ice machine and wrapped grapes to look like chocolate eggs.  We were so busy during the weekend that we barely got to dying eggs on Easter morning!  Our Easter bunny came and after our hunt we headed to my mom's house to celebrate with Amber's family.

March Happenings

March we finished swim lessons, visited Twin Falls, tried to teach the kids to ice skate, & went to Arches for Spring Break.  St. Patrick's Day was the first day of spring break so we stopped to celebrate it with the Frosts down in Utah.

Goblin Valley: Day 6,7 Moab trip

My mom talked us into going to Goblin Valley for 2 more days and we were driving out to the middle of no where with no other cars in sight so we were worried and thinking we should have just turned around and gone home, but  we LOVED Goblin Valley!  It was a giant maze full of climbing.  The kids were tired of hiking down a trail and this was the perfect way to end our trip.  We explored all day long without the kids complaining once!
