Utah/Cabin Weekend

Vic and I got to go down to Utah by ourselves while my mom took the kids to the cabin.  We went to Snowbird and the resort and lifts were SO fancy!  The mountain was huge and much more challenging than anything in Idaho that we've grown accustomed to!

 We went right after a snowstorm and there was tons of powder, but it was so thick, it was hard to maneuver through.

 On Sunday, we drove up to get the kids from my mom at the cabin & it was a major storm!  It was warmer than normal though so we played in the snow for hours.  The flakes were huge and came down so fast.  It felt magical!

Tucker's 5th Birthday

On Tucker's birthday I took him to iJump in the morning, preschool, then swimming and to pick out a cake.  We ate at Texas Roadhouse then came home and opened presents.  He was pretty happy with his day.

 For Tucker's 5th birthday party, he insisted on PAW Patrol again and I'd already given away all of his decorations from last year so we went with a rainbow/movie theme.  They played a few games, watched PAW Patrol, and got to break a pinata.

Boise Visit

We went to Boise to go skiing at Bogus Basin and visit Vic's brother Josh.  We hadn't been there in years and forgot how beautiful the view was at the top.  We went down a few runs that were super steep and hard for me to get down and poor Vic just tumbled down the mountain.  It was also the weekend of superbowl so we talked Josh into watching it with us.

We took the kids to the zoo on Saturday.  They loved the warmer weather and not having to wear a coat!

January Happenings

We started the year off great with Vic winning top realtor at his brokerage on his first year of being a realtor!  I was SO proud of him!!!

 Whitney LOVES being a princess & LOVES her daddy so the annual Princess Palooza Daddy/Daughter date is a very special night for her.  She wanted to make sure she was all the way dolled up with hair, makeup, and a fancy purse.

 I workout while Tucker goes to preschool and about once a month we go swimming afterwards while the other kids are in school.  This month Vic got to join us.

 Vic's crazy way of doing his first pinewood derby car with Tommy.  I had researched how to make a fast car & kept telling them it was going to be too slow and they were super proud of their car until the big night came & Tommy got dead last every time.  I could tell he was so disappointed and was on the edge of tears, but he held it together! (The next year I was in charge of making his car!)

 We had a January with minimal snow in town so we were happily surprised when there was plenty o the ski hill.

 I started working out more in our workout room downstairs and the kids love to be wherever I am and they climb all over everything.  I was sure someone was going to break an arm falling off equipment, but luckily they never did!

 My sister was about to have her 2nd kid so we gave her my stroller.  The kids LOVED this stroller so much that we had to do one last outing in it before sending it off!
