Whitney's 6th Butterfly Birthday

Last year I did a princess ball for a daddy/daughter date and I didn't want to let the dads have all the fun so this year we did a mommy/daughter date for Whitney's party.
My fancy girl and I.  Her tiara didn't really fit the butterfly theme, but she was dressing fancy and insisted a tiara would make her extra fancy so she got to borrow my fancy one.
Guests were greeted with a butterfly wall at the front entrance.
 Our Butterfly garden tea room.
Close up of the birthday girl and table, all the girls got wands and wings... the wands were supposed to be given at her princess party the year before, but we didn't find them until this year!
 The girls first course
spring cookies... we had sweets galore and surprisingly not much leftover!
I was super happy with how the cupcakes turned out.  Those are edible butterflies I ordered online.

When all the guests arrived I taught the girls some fancy table talk words (mostly from Fancy Nancy!) and fancy girl manners for a tea party.
We played a "how well do you know your daughter" game while we got our appetizers.
We had a pretty cute wait staff.  The boys loved helping, but also insisted they had their own fancy table setting
Whitney made sure to have her 2 best friends by her.  Finley from her school classroom and Whitney W. from school 2 years ago.
Emma, McKenzie, Ashley, Jasmine, Ivy, Whitney S., Whitney W., Reggie, Finley
 Fancy ladies!
After lunch we had a butterfly hunt. We punched out hundreds of butterflies and Tommy & Tucker were happy to set up the hunt for us.

Tucker got Grandpa Miller to help too!
Vic snuck some really high/ hard ones out!
Great Grandma GG in on the action
 Counting up the butterflies
We played a memory game and opened presents
Cake time! I loved how simple her cake was this year :)

We put these cute little snacks in their thank you baggies.
 Lucky birthday girl
Here is Whitney on her actual birthday morning a few days before the party.
