This was one of my favorite parts of the entire trip. We got soaked because it rained on us the entire time and our view was blocked by clouds, but we did get to hike in the clouds! At the end, we stopped for lunch because the restaurant w/ glass walls seemed so grand overlooking the valley. The sun came out while we were eating, and to our surprise there was Arenal Volcano under all those clouds! We had so much fun watching the clouds slowly lift to give us a grand view. Once again, we were tempted to re-hike the trail with the sun out, but we had more hikes on our itinerary that we had to get to!
